Scrunchie

Sometimes you only need a t-shirt and jeans. And crazy shoes. Hardly accesorized. Oh, wait, if you count my eternal hair band, then yes, I did accesorize a bit. Calamity Red, who takes my pictures, is always complaining about it. Well, it's better than a scrunchie. And I need the security of a ponytail when needed. Just in case.

Algunas veces solo se necesitan vaqueros y una camiseta. Y zapatos originales. Con apenas accesorios. Aunque bueno, si contamos mi eterna goma de pelo, pues algo hay. Calamity Red, que me hace las fotos, se queja siempre porque la llevo y ni me entero. Mejor eso que las gomas ochenteras. Adenás, necesito tener a mano la seguridad de una coleta. Por lo que pueda pasar.

Jumpsuit complexities

Jumpsuits are a major weakness for me. They make you blind and forget one little detail: the bathroom process. Yes, my friends, word of advice: do not mix with an overactive bladder. And yet, here I am. Well, that was an overshare.

Los monos son una debilidad. Tanto que te hacen olvidar un pequeño detalle: la complicación de ir al baño. Sí, señores, un sabio consejo: evitar los monos cuando se tiene una vejiga hiperactiva. Y sin embargo, aquí me tienen. Vaya, un exceso de información.

Follow the yellow brick road

Road trip with girlfriends. Best time ever. Playing cheesy music, getting lost because you were too busy discussing who got fat or some kinky sexual position. Asking directions to random guys and using your female charm to get specifics. Missing exits, breaking the law, pumping gas from the wrong side of the car.... I resent that women are bad drivers. We just care less about the road, especially if we're joined by an accomplice. That's why Thelma & Louise is such a classic, they make the ultimate journey. Now if only we could pick up our own Brad Pitt along the way. I recently had such a blast with Moni, Pau and Mela, partners in crime and with whom I'd walk down the yellow brick road to Emerald City any day!

Feeling nothing but love and obsession for these shorts. Paired with an oddly shaped crisp white shirt it can be summer perfection. Happy Monday!

Un viaje de chicas es lo mejor del mundo. Oyendo música cursi, perdiéndote en el camino porque vas discutiendo quién está gorda o describiendo una posición sexual extraña. Luego pedir direcciones a chicos usando el poder femenino para conseguir detalles concretos. Saltarse las salidas, violar el límite de velocidad, repostar combustible del lado equivocado... Me niego a aceptar que las mujeres somos malas conductoras. Es solo que nos importa menos el camino, en especial si vamos con una cómplice. Por eso Thelma & Louise es un clásico, porque hacen la ruta perfecta. Ahora si tan solo nos tocara un Brad Pitt por la carretera. Acabo de hacer hace unos días un viaje con Moni, Pau y Mela, mis compinches y cómplices con las que me recorrería el camino de baldosas amarillas hasta la Ciudad Esmeralda. Ganas de repetuti.

Amor y obsesión es lo que siento por estos shorts. Con una camisa asimétrica blanca pueden llegar a ser perfectos para el verano. ¡Feliz lunes!
