It saddens me to report that the casualties of the rum-luggage incident are bad. As bad as they can get. Thanks to Murphy and his sense of humor, besides a few of my cool basic tees, I ruined my all-time-favorite blouse in the world. Of all the crap I packed, it had to be just that. ¿Remember it? The perfect Summer blouse (picture below). Now it has a stamp of purple and burgundy, rubbed off by my Zara shoes. I'm thinking of what to do, but there's little hope. So, my dear, farewell, you were perfect.
Lamento reportar que las bajas del incidente "ron en maleta 2012" son muy malas. Tan malas como podrían darse. Gracias a Murphy y su sentido del humor, además de un par de mis camisetas básicas consentidas, mi blusa favorita de todos los tiempos ha sido arruinada. De todo lo que había, justo esa. ¿La recuerdan? La blusa de verano perfecta (en la foto de abajo). Ahora tiene una estampa de morado y burdeos, gracias a unos zapatos de Zara que estaban al lado. Aún sigo viendo alternativas, pero las esperanzas son casi nulas. Así que, a ti, mi querida, adiós. Fuiste perfecta.
Back to today's look. Wrapped up in yet again another one of my huge scarves, as I am lately, in a color combo that I really like. I took a few snaps and I realized how matchy-matchy everything is, nothing crazy or eccentric as I usually pull off. Weird day.
Y de vuelta al look de hoy. Arropada en otra de las muchas bufandas gigantes que me gustan, como ando últimamente, en un dúo de color que me parece tan bonito. Tomé unas pocas fotos rápidamente y me di cuenta de lo ultra combinada que voy, algo muy poco usual en mi, sin nada excéntrico ni loco de mis inventos usuales. Día raro, raro.
